In late 2004 TMA contacted VicRoads regarding a number of infringement notices that were issued for grain harvester comb trailers exceeding the allowable transport regulations. After some discussions with VicRoads staff, in early 2005 TMA contacted the Victorian Farmers’ Federation and together both organisations invited a number of senior VicRoads staff to attend the Wimmera Machinery Field Days to review a range of grain growing machinery.
